Why did I not receive my order confirmation email?

There might be a chance that the your order confirmation falls into your Spam/Junk folder in your email. If your order confirmation is not found there, please send us an email with your details and we will get back to you.

How can I make changes to my Abstract Cover order?

Simply get in touch with us through email within 1 hour. It is important to include your order number! If you wish to change your design or colour of the case, please include the URL or name of the new design. You will receive a new email with the successful adjustments.

Does Abstract Cover offer free shipping internationally?

At the moment we are only shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium. Orders above €30 have no shipping costs.

Will my orders get delayed due to COVID-19?

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery services might delay your order. Please be patient as they do will do their best to get your order as soon as they can.

How do I order an Abstract Cover?

You may select your wished product and add this to cart. Please select your desired payment method. Wait for a confirmation email and then your order will be dispatched and shipped.

How do I know if my Abstract Cover order was placed successfully?

If you have received an email with an order confirmation from us, your order was placed successfully! Your order will arrive within 48 hours.

How long does Abstract Cover take to ship my order?

Shipping time depends on the time the product is purchased. If the product is purchased before 6 PM on a working day, it will be shipped the same working day. Your order will arrive within 48 hours.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept iDeal, AMEX, Apple Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Bancontact.

Do you accept PayPal payments?

We are afraid we do not accept PayPal methods at the moment.

Do you accept giftcards?

We are afraid we do not accept any type of giftcards.

I received an error when paying for my order. What do I do now?

If you have not received an order confirmation in your mailbox, the order has not been placed. Please try again later.

Delivery

Can I check my order status?

We send your order with Dutch postage stamps in order to avoid high shipping costs. Unfortunately you cannot track your order.

What company ships my order?

We work with the postal company PostNL for deliveries in The Netherlands and Belgium.

Am I expected to be at home to receive my order?

You do not have to stay at home to receive your order as the order can be delivered in your mailbox.

Will my package always be delivered at home or to the post office?

Your package will always be delivered at home as the order is delivered in your mailbox. It is highly uncommon that the order is delivered to a post office.

Returns and exchanges

What kind of guarantee does Abstract Cover give me?

Each case is checked before it goes out the door. This ensures that you only receive the best quality case. Our shipping packaging ensures your case arrives in flawless condition. If your case is damaged, please take a picture of the defect and get in contact with us. We will analyse the defect and replace your case.

How long is my guarantee?

All Abstract Covers have a one year guarantee. If the case fails under normal use, please get in touch with us. The case will be analysed and if agreed, the case will be replaced under warranty.

I wish to return my Abstract Case.

If you wish to return your item, please email us and we will send you a return form with further instructions. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened and undamaged. The return costs are at own expense. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Refunds will be done in your original payment form. Once this is done, an email will be sent. You have the right to return within 30 days of purchase date.

What cover will I receive?

Abstract Cover offers silicone covers for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. You will receive either one of these covers in the chosen colour, depending on what you have ordered.

What is my cover made out of?

Abstract Covers are made out of silicone and satin-like microfibre-lined interior. 

Can I use the same cover for different iPhone models?

The cover that you order is specifically designed for that specific iPhone model. This means that the cover cannot be used for different models. 

How do I take care of my cover?

Abstract Covers are made out of silicone. This means it has to be handled with care. Use a damp cloth and slightly rub it over the surface of the cover. Dry mute it with a clean cloth.

My cover does not fit my iPhone. What do I do?

If you have ordered the wrong model Abstract Cover, you are allowed to return it. The return costs are at own expense. Please email us and we will send you a return form with further instructions. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened and undamaged.

I can not remove my cover from my iPhone. What do I do?

Begin by removing the corner diagonally opposite to the volume buttons. Remove the directly adjacent corner. Grab the phone and slide it out of the case. 

Can I still charge my iPhone wireless with an Abstract Cover?

This is still possible. Place the iPhone facing up on the charger. For the best performance, place the iPhone in the center of the charger. 

Can I personalise my cover?

At this moment we do not offer personalised covers.
